As the year is coming to an end, many of us are setting new goals and agendas dealing with this pandemic phase that has affected most of us in one way or another. I*t is no different for me.
For me, I have had to pivot from a completely in-person business to learning new skills to move online. I have traveled nationwide working for a variety of industries over the years from government, non-profits, the corporate world and individuals, helping them enhance their personal presence, craft soft skills, communication and first impressions, With this reflection I have discovered a few new passions. This year my aim is to use these vast skills I've acquired to support a deeper need.
Many of us are in transition, changing careers, developing new ones and even moving into entirely new directions. However, I found that many of us become addicted to time managements programs, decluttering projects and have become a victim to the tyranny of urgent issues. One side affect of this is a mayhem of life issues, health issues, family issues and I could go on. The end result often is a loss of our self identity. I've been there.
With this new year coming, what have your discovered for your self to resolve in 2021?
