Health and Wellness Sample Topic:
Dieting is Between the Ears

It’s estimated that 20% of Americans are on a diet during any given week. We spend millions of dollars to lose weight yet about 95% of us regain it in one to five years. There are so many programs, tools, diets and pills, not to mention infomercials and latest tabloids of Hollywood stars who've gained or lost, publicly applauded or humiliated depending on which way the scale tipped.

The goal here is to empower you with new knowledge of self, discover factors that influence your behavior, and commit to a lifelong, sustainable way of eating and exercising.

Coffee bean extract for weight loss -- is it worth the buzz?

I am not a fan of green coffee bean extracts due to a lack of clear evidence of long-term effects and other considerations noted below. However, to be fair, green coffee bean extract contains caffeine, a stimulant linked to weight loss. It also boasts high levels of chlorogenic acid, a polyphenol antioxidant that researchers speculate may promote weight loss. Read on
